Please take your time and read through and understand our terms & conditions. By completing a purchase of a Suéde product you agree to our terms and conditions. You should be aware that this agreement may change from time to time. See date of latest update above. A new version will then be updated on the Suéde site and take effect on all activities, including any order that is placed after the new version is posted.

DISPATCH WITHIN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS
All orders are processed within one to five business days and the total delivery time for all orders are 3-14 business days. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your order.
TRACEABLE AND INSURED
Orders will be shipped traceable and insured via Postnord. Estimated time of arrival worldwide is 3-10 business days.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any items to us. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the cost of the items to the original purchaser’s credit card. We will not refund any customs duties and taxes on order shipped outside of the EU.
Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. The customer pays for the return of their order. Size exchange is accepted provided the desired size is still available.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Every product is shown including swedish VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including swedish VAT, shipping and method of payment.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
We accept third party payment service Klarna - pay up to 30 days after shopping, free of charge.

To be able to handle your order we need to handle personal information: your first and last name, billing address, shipping addresss, phone number, e-mail address and country. This data is saved and shared to our internal partners only to be able to issue your order.
